  • Guest：This was my second stay at Alila Napa Valley and was blown away, as usual! A short disclaimer: I used WOH (World of Hyatt) points and a GOH (Guest of Honor) pass from a friend, so I enjoyed WOH Globalist status and benefits during this stay. The hotel, the grounds, and the area are just amazing. It's actually on/adjacent to the Beringer estate and my deluxe king had the vineyard view. While the guest rooms and hotel itself are exceptional, it's really the staff that make this an amazing and relaxing experience. I've been fortunate to stay at some truly great luxury hotels and resorts the last few years, but the staff here are simply the best of of the best of my experiences. They all help to create a vibe that is truly an oasis within an oasis!
  • Guest：Stayed at Alila as a world of Hyatt Globalist guest. The rooms and views are impeccable. The staff was above and beyond friendly and kind. We had the margarita with sea foam salt And it was amazing. Thank you so much to the staff. They even found items that we accidentally left behind. We were able to get the items shipped back to us. What a piece of mind that we’re taking care of both while we’re there and after we leave.
  • Guest：Great luxury property offering vineyard views and villa style rooms. Alila is among our favorite Hyatt brands on the higher end. We enjoyed our room overlooking the vineyards. Our room had great outdoor patio on one end and pool facing on the side. Comfortable bed and a really nice bathroom. The Sativa Bar had good lunch options and the breakfast was great the main restaurant. Good globalist recognition at this property and includes breakfast. They also offer complimentary tasting at Darioush winery which is highly recommended and discounted tasting at Berringer vineyards right next door. Peak season-rooms were booked out and hence, late check out was limited.
  • Guest：Our stay at the Alila for our honeymoon was amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such kindness and true hospitality. The room was absolutely stunning with a wrap around balcony overlooking the vineyard and pool, we spent every morning out on our deck taking in all in. Housekeeping was unmatched and coming back every evening to a clean beautiful room was really an added perk! The spa was gorgeous and we really enjoyed be able to utilize the co-ed steam room to relax and unwind together. It was really great how centralized it was to everything in St Helena and walkable to main street downtown! We will definitely be back!
